[NSC2] Japanese Namelist Romanized

Description
Here we are with one more Japanese namelist, this time for NSC2.

Same rules generally apply for this list as in the other one, but there are some obvious changes as listed below.

Cruisers were given the names from real light cruisers (just a bunch of rivers)
Strike Cruisers and battlecruisers have heavy cruiser/battlecruiser names (mountains)
Battleships and dreadnoughts both share real battleship names (old provinces) however dreadnoughts have the more famous names ( i.e. Yamato, Nagato, or Yamashiro)

Unfortunately wasn't able to create more than a handful of new names for carriers so I'd highly recommend you use them in limited numbers.

Do you include ships from the Russo-Japanese War?
If not, I suggest you do so.

I'm using 'ou' because it's the correct way of romanizing 'ō', and because I've gotten into the habit of typing "Kongou" or "Fusou" instead of "Kongo" or "Fuso".
And believe me, I was very thorough in getting names for this list, the problem is Japan just had fewer names than the US or the UK.

Thanks, it is always welcome to have some new name list.

If I may, I have checked your list, opening the file, and I see you are often using 'ou' instead of 'o'.

For example Shoukaku. It should be 'Shokaku'. At least, this is how we Western people writes the 'ō'. I know this is a simplification, but if you play any world war II strategy game, the 'o' is used. So it is Junyo, Taiyo etc.

You can flesh out your list greatly by checking the names of Japanese ships from WW II.
