cw_315 im a railfan myself i live in the united states but the NRM is really just a place to show of there fancy collection and pour money into the scotsman even though they might go bankrupt doing so not thinking about the british garrat that has been sitting in a feild for years or the usatc s160's and other classes on that have fallen to the scrappers torch

Rail Operations Group has bought 20 of them, they will be enjoying heavy freight duties in Bulgaria very soon, most likely paired, much like the 86s and 87s. Also two locos have been designated as organ donors for the ones which are still in service. There are also rumors that the NRM has expressed interest in purchasing one of them, most likely 91119, although there it will probably sit collecting dust never to be touched again as they pour their money into the flying scotsman like theres no tomorrow. Also since they have acquired a few more locos in recent times including 142001 and 43002 it may not happen, 41001 will also be back in their hands soon as agreements with 125Group have failed.

About the 91s going out of service, the ones that aren't being transferred to the London-Blackpool are being sold off overseas. We'll be seeing them in parts of Eastern Europe soon.

@thef1like The GNWR London-Blackpool service was changed to get approval. They'll still be using MkIV sets, but they'll be pulled by Class 90s, not 91s. And it'll be operated by Grand Central rather than a separate TOC. However, Virgin Trains and Grand Union are both proposing new Open-Access operations between London Euston and Liverpool Lime St. and London Paddington and Cardiff Central/London Euston and Stirling respectively. Otherwise, it's looking likely the 91s will go to Freight Operators, who desperately need the electric traction.
