Better Shields & Missile Nerf

TWW2 is no longer getting patches or DLC, so my mods are also considered final and will not receive any more updates. Therefore I disabled comments on all of them to avoid constantly getting notifications for the same dumb questions that have been answered a thousand times already. The newest version of this mod makes all shields in the game more effective AND now also applies a big nerf to most small-arms missile units in the game: They have become significantly less accurate. That means missile units will miss a lot more shots and also cause more friendly fire when firing on enemy units that are engaged in melee with friendly units.

I added +15% block chance to all shields, so their block chance now ranges from 35% to 75%. This has also automatically introduced golden shields into the game.

This means that missile units will be less overpowered and can be countered more effectively by shielded infantry. Flanking with your own missile units becomes more important because the better shields will be just as useless if you shoot the enemy in the back!

The accuracy nerf works this way that missile units are still fairly accurate at very close range, but start losing accuracy much earlier than in vanilla, and their projectiles scatter a lot more when they are farther away. So to retain good accuracy, they have to move very close to their target.
