Frackin Universe - No Bounties on Gas Giants

Adds all Gas Giants to the bounty exclusion list.

This was primarily made for those using mods that change how the universe generates, such as TrueSpace. Bounties are coded to function by the star instead of the planet, and since Gas Giants are common in almost every galaxy, it's very easy to recieve an unfinishable bounty. This mod should help avoid the issue. I hope you enjoy!
