Improvised Bandage (Build 41+)

Description
This mod introduces a simple way of improvising using the already improvised ripped sheets to create slightly better dressing for your bodily needs.

Take 6x Ripped Sheets in your inventory and turn them into an improvised bandage that is as half more effective at healing in comparison to ripped sheets.
Figured it would be too good if recipe only costs 2 of ripped sheets so I have increased the cost of material to 6 to even the balance.

I feel that maybe to enhance immersion, you could make it so it requires a certain medical level to craft and the more u gain medical knowledge the less ripped sheet is needed

a bug still exists where you cannot wash imporv band from sink, you have to click on the band and then you can wash but it might use ur bottled water

I can't tell this is the best but I can wash the dirty bandage from sinks by copying ISWorldObjectContextMenu.lua and adding getAvailableItems with your mod.

@jasdan short answer: bandages stoping the bleeding faster. benefit: a bleeding wound gets faster infected then just a wound without bleeding. and bandages have generel more capacity for blood before getting dirty. but infected wounds are not dangerous in vanilla. because they decreasing just a little the heal-time and increasing the pain for each wound by 1 (moodle 1 of 4)

I really like liptons DI idea, it seems kinda strong to be able to just upgrade zombie clothes into relatively strong bandages basicly in the first minutes from the start!
