Description
Bridge Fender by VecchioChristo
This file contains 1 bridge fender (5 pilings set at an angle and bound at the top by cable).
This asset is for my Coos Bay map.
If you wish to use it independently of the Coos Bay map you will need move it and prop snapping. It's category is "building electricity", this was the only way I could figure out how to bury it in the ground and be able to freely adjust its elevation.
Find it mod is probably a good idea!
Place the bridge fender in water near it's final location, then use move it for proper positioning. You can copy or just drag the original. Page up and page down adjust elevation of course and you can use alt arrow keys for accurate placement.
The "node" is rather small and can be difficult to locate after the bridge fender has been placed. For further positioning or for whatever reason you would need to locate it's node , use move it's rectangle marquee set to "building" only. Drag over the piece and you can easily select it.

@VecchioChristo have you enabled the option "Allow props to submerge" in the Prop Snapping mod menu?

I cant get any props to do anything but stick to the ground. You try to raise or lower them and they just jump back to the ground. I used move it, I've tried copies and then attempt it. I've tried monuments, numerous different prop templates nothing has worked for me except building electricity

Nice! Have you tried to use the prop template for your assets? I think it's the better choice for this type of structures, and you should be able to bury them too :)
