Report a translation problem
Would need some more information as to how the map is broken. Double check that you have the Network Extensions 2 set active in the content manager as if the road assets are not active, the map will surely break.
Also if you're having trouble getting this version to work, you could try using the original version of the map, although I reckon you're looking to use this version due to not having the Mass Transit DLC so perhaps the original map is out of question. I'd recommend getting the MT DLC in any case though, it's on sale pretty often and it's one of the must have DLC's for the game.
