Description:
A3NEO, or full Arma 3 Non Editor Objects, is a small mod that aims to add "hidden" objects to the 3DEN Editor for mission makers and terrain builders to make use of them.

Currently supports:
  • A3 Vanilla Trees & Bushes
  • A3 Argo Trees & Bushes
  • A3 Apex Trees & Bushes
  • Various Clutters
  • Castle Parts
  • Hospital Parts
  • Vanilla Bridges
  • Enoch Trees & Bushes
  • Enoch Clutter
  • Enoch Bridges
  • Various other small things

FAQ:
How do I use the supported mods?
Open the mods main directory, there you will find a folder called "optionals". Copy its contents to the addon folder.

Does this create a dependency?
In missionfiles, yes. So everyone that wants to play the mission will need the mod.
For terrain builders no, as the original base class will be used upon exporting object data.

Item XY is missing, what can I do?
You can tell me, if you have the path to the object its even better. But I cant promise that I will add it.

Will you add mod _X?
No! Maybe, if I need/want it yes. Otherwise most likely not.


Why though?
I made this mod for personal use as some of my terrain creation tools dont work correctly so I had to improvise and build everything in 3DEN. Sadly some objects were missing so I decided to create this mod.

Does this mod have the hidden buildings that are still within the Eden editor.

hi just aksing if i can add this single pbo to my own mod?
I want to use some objects from there for creating some missions but i dont want to add a 100kB mod to my global modlist...

Yes they are made by placing a polyline in terrainbuilder and assigning a a roadtexture to it basically. So nothing that can be done in eden i'm afraid. For that you'd need actual objects with the textures applied to.

I've been trying to figure out how to place roads in the eden editor and I cannot find a mod that allows me to do it. And I noticed that some of the roads are available in here, but not the big ones in say Tanoa. I know that roads are created in the terrain builder, so are they created from a base and then markings on them are auto generated? Basically, are they not objects just generated textures? Thanks!
