Description

Ocean City is a small beach town on "the shore" of New Jersey. This map was a requested real life location. The buildable space is limited if you're using mods, however entirely flat. Great map for totally vanilla players who use only 9 tiles. How big of a city can you squish into this map?

2x Highway (Garden State Parkway)
1x Rail (abandoned rail in real life)
4x Shipping
4x Air

Fertile is used to simulate the very different colors that the marshes have in real life.

I think there is a bug with this map, no planes or trains are coming only road vehicles.

This is the best NJ map on the workshop hands down. Ive built so many cities on this map

Ive been dreaming about redoing the roads and everything with this city just needed someone who was skilled enough to put it together. You are a God Sent!

Ocean City MD is far worse. Ocean City NJ is the original and it is better. The abandoned railroad was run by PRSL from the station next to Mcdonalds all the way to camden I believe. At one point the railroad connected to sea isle and many other towns, and there was a wye at 42nd street. (Yes, you can make out the wye shape near 42nd via google earth/maps)
