Campaign Improvement Mod - Civil Affairs

Description
Welcome to the Civil part of CIM.

This is an adaptation of Peoples of Rome (PoR) Mod to my CIM - Military Affairs Mod.

The original version of PoR adds population to cities and units will now require manpower to recruit. This mod expands upon this concept adding:

Population effects to taxation.
Population effects to eddicts.
Population effects to Public Order.
Population effects to buildings.

As well as Economic of course.

New\Reworked Edicts.
Added seasonal effect (Best for 4TPY) - (Change based on Dresden's Seasonal Effects but changed to fit the mod.)
Harsher events. (Effects raised)
Better army traditions. (Effects raised)
Better character skills. (Effects raised)
More upkeep for armies as Imperium goes up.
More Food for AI.
Diplomacy very slightly reworked so that AI is more willing to engage.

Some more small things have been tweeked to tune the mod to the other part of this mod Military Affairs:

Known Issues

None that I know of. Please comment if you find any issues!

Compatibility
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It should be compatible with any unit mods, battle mods and graphical mods.

Maybe compatible with some diplomacy and economy mods but probably not. It depends on how the tables in the other mods are saved.

I like to play with blood mods and IA map on GC is also a really nice one.

In the mod there are bits of work done by other modders from the comunity. This mod was made for myself over the course of the last 2 to 3 years using mostly my own work and pieces from other mods adapted for this mod.

The mod disables chapter missions for Desert Kingdoms factions. Is it possible to fix this?

Either this or the Military one causes the game to crash after a certain amount of moves

Hi, unfortunately not. This system only works for the player that I am aware of. Due to limitations on the AI's part.

It is completly necessay the Military affairs mod to work with this one or it is only recommended?

It can. I don't remember which value it was but if you look through the mod files you'll eventually find it.

No problem mate! I stopped working on the mod a while back when I couldn't set the trade resources prices for some weird reason. No matter what I do the game doesn't change the values.
