Adds alerts for when your power grid needs attention, including:
* Disconnected generators
* Batteries close to being empty
* Buildings at risk of short circuit
* Fueled generators almost out of fuel
* Fueled generators producing excess energy and wasting fuel
* Generators producing sub-optimal power due to obstructions.

Time values for batteries running out and fuel running out are in real time seconds. Using the default value of 60, that means you have one minute at normal speed to react. If you are running at 3x speed, you'll have 20 seconds. The values are configurable via mod settings. Additionally, any given alert can be disabled via the mod settings.

No known conflicts at this time. The mod should work anywhere in the load order as long as it's after HugsLib.
