Description
SOVIET RUSSIA (VLADIMIR LENIN)
Unique Trait: Proletarian Revolution
Stone Works, Windmills, Forges, and Factories may be constructed in any city regardless of their terrain or resource requirements. These Buildings grant a burst of Culture when completed.

Unique Unit: Popular Levy
The Popular Levy is the unique unit for Soviet Russia. Unlike the Great War Infantry that it replaces, the Popular Levy is considerably cheaper, though it is also weaker. When a war is declared between you and a Civilization following a different Ideology, and provided you were at peace, every city receives a boost of Production toward the training of their next Popular Levy. Popular Levies may also make use of enemy roads, meaning they can quickly be deployed wherever they might be needed.

Unique Building: Pioneers Palace
The Pioneers Palace is the unique building for Soviet Russia. Much like the Public School that it replaces, the Pioneers Palace increases a city's Science output based on the city's Population. In addition, it also further increases the city's Science output for every two Ideological Tenets that you have adopted. However, it also costs an additional gold maintenance.

  • UA no longer provides Tourism or a Worker rate bonus but now grants a burst of Culture whenever one of the named buildings is constructed.
  • Added new Pioneers Palace UB, replacing the duplicate Comissariat.

feel like pointing out that in game music does not play aside from the leader specific theme for peace/war. I have the same issue with Putin, but none of your other mods. Is there any way to troubleshoot?

This mod is GREAT but something is wrong with the building "Windmill" it can not be built on hills, even if the mod say it should.

@Ozu_sensei I think the creator was referring to the "Lenin Levy" or "Lenin Enrollment", which (according to Wikipedia) was a drive to enlist more members of the proletariat in the Communist party from 1923-25. My guess is that "Levy" refers to their status as quasi-volunteer conscripts, rather than a specific class or category of soldier. The Redguards seem like a more logical choice since they formed around the end of WWI, but I'm guessing the author wanted something specific to Lenin?

Hello, im russian, and i dont understand what is "levy"? means? thera are no oficcial names for our soviet era troops, perhaps "Redguards" will be more acurate for that unit, and replacing great war infantry is not correct too, this type of uniform and PPS machine gun is belong to WW2 eras, not WW1
