Colored Buttons

Description
This mod simply add a little bit of color by modifying the main buttons of the game so that these are more colorful, allowing then a better visual memorisation of the differents interfaces

Intue future we plan to expand the mod to include all the possible buttons with some color !


This mod is Ironman compatible and works in multiplayer.
It works with others mods if they don't modify the same game files

Installation : Right click on the version you want to download, click "download" then unzip the file in \Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod.

I fully understand what do you mean, it's why it has been removed in 2020 (see in the change notes), so I don't really understand why you still had it. To try to understand, when did you download the mod ?

Nice work except for one thing; the loading screen "Easter egg" is juvenile. Moreover, it's not good practice for three reasons: 1) What if, say, a player loads more than one new mod, starts the game, and only then notices the defacement? Which mod caused it? 2) It requires someone with the patience and skill to find and delete the file at fault. Not all players have those requirements. And 3) It shakes one's faith in your designs. What other nonsense is in here, which you have placed for your personal amusement? Suffice to say that, although I have modded this mod and will keep it, I will not be downloading anything else that you have authored.

@[LA] Gumba Yes, the new tech button colors are excellent, and very distinct compared to vanilla.
I'm not sure why the other mod doesn't override, but I only noticed the one vanilla loading screen showing up in addition to the others I've got downloaded.
I appreciate your timely response. There's definitely an audience for joke/meme stuff and I'm sure you''ll get a lot of subscribers to a separate mod for that.
Anyways, thanks for taking both my suggestions under consideration; upgrading tech will be much less troublesome for me now!

@sturgeon I agree totally with you. If it was for putting him back in the mod, it would have been done properly. Concerning the loading screen art mod your are using, I don't understand why it no replace the loading screen that is in Colored Buttons. Anyway, I think you are right, that this is a better idea to simply make an other mod with non historical loading screens.If you have other advices or ideas especially about Colored Buttons, feel free to tell.
