Heroes Unchained 2019: Arbalest

Updated version of the Heroes Unchained: Arbalest mod by Loklin. Includes changes made to mechanics and classes by the Color of Madness Patch, as well as many new effects and stats for heroes and abilities not in the original Unchained series.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before you comment about this mod not doing the things that it says it does, make sure you have placed the mods at the TOP of your load order. If you have it at the top of your load order and it isn't working as it says, please let me know and I will fix it.

Non-extensive list of changes:

-DODGE decreased, medium base PROT added to later armor levels

-Various resistances adjusted (most importantly stun resist lowered, move resist increased)

-DMG increased from pre-CoM to 5-9/6-11/7-13/8-15/9-17

-Base CRT lowered at all levels

-Added a new passive that gives the Arbalest a stacking crit chance buff on most successful attacks

-Suppressing Fire
   -Now hits position 2 again

-Sniper's Mark
   -Duration reverted to 3
   -Can now target position 1

-Bola
   -Now applies a moderate DODGE debuff

-Blindfire
   -DMG increased to +10%

-Battlefield Bandage
   -Healing slightly increased
   -Now cures the target

-Rallying Flare
   -Now adds a small group wide ACC buff with a duration of 4

FIXES FROM PREVIOUS UNCHAINED VERSION:
Rallying Flare no longer does full damage to all enemies (ouch)
