Updated to version 2.6.* (Federations)

Disables the complete piracy mechanic. Even on trade routes.

This is savegame compatible. However existing pirates stay spawned. And piracy on trade routes persists until you reduce it to zero.

Does this still work with the recent version? Launcher is saying it is not compatible.

From the code point of view that should still work. Do you maybe have another mod overwriting the value?
