Loyal generals mod

Description
Mod about loyal generals
Mod add 10 loyalty points per turn (for Skavens, Dark Elves).
Vampire Coast lords have unlocked "Loyal to the end"
and they get 10 loyalty poins per turn after recruiting.

Im not sure if it will work for multiplayer.

@[CGC]Lisek445 Yes there was a small update or patch 1.12.1 from CA back in Sept to November, 2021. So your mod have been out of date but ill try your mod again but this time ill use RPFM to change some of the value instead and see if it works or not.
