Reduced Surplus Costs

Description
Effects

Reduce any surplus cost equal or higher than 3 by 1.

Example on settlements building chains :
from 1 - 2 - 4 - 5 to 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 surplus cost

Affects both player and AI.
________________________________________________________________________________

Compatibility

Savegame compatible, compatible with everything.

BUT

This mod is low priority, meaning that big overhaul mods, or mods that change settlement building prices will override any changes. Doing it like that make so you don't have to worry about weird effects or bugs, the effect will simply not apply at all.

No problem, I appreciate the notice
I update a personal SFO version, not really this one. This kind of mod needs to be updated quite often, when a new faction comes out etc. so I don't bother checking that.

It's been over two months since the patch. Do I need to update and reupload this myself?
