Description


This mod adds The Enclave, led by President ♥♥♥♥ Richardson, to the game! Rebuild the glory of America and cleanse the mutants from the globe with this long-awaited Fallout series favorite.

Semper Fi: Military buildings (Barracks, Armory, Military Academy) yield +2 Science and contain a Scientist Specialist slot. Guided and Nuclear Missiles have 100% greater Range.

Vertibird: A unique Helicopter Gunship for The Enclave, the Vertibird is faster, does not require Aluminum to build, and has the Sapper promotion, granting nearby melee units a bonus against cities while the Vertibird is next to a city.

Hellfire Trooper: Unlocked earlier, with Advanced Ballistics, unlike the XCOM Squad it replaces. It also begins with the Blitz promotion, allowing it to attack twice in one turn or immediately after Paradrop; however, the Hellfire Trooper is also significantly weaker than the unit it replaces (80 Strength vs 100 Strength).


Includes mod support for Events & Decisions.

Hello Kramer. Can you please tell me if any of your Fallout mods and the Post-apocalyptic Graphics mod use a custom .dll? I'm worried about any compatibility problems with Legendary's Hyuga mod because that mod does use a custom .dll, and Legendary warns about said compatibility problems. I tried using the aforementioned mods, and the only thing that seems to be happening is the lack of some in-game notifications, like if a Worker unit was being captured by Barbarians (in my case, Raiders). Thanks.

I wonder why there is no The Master Civ yet. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xgrkDnm5fUE&list=LL&index=4&t=6s Maybe alt reality where he figures out how to make reproduction possible, perhaps through enslavement of humans and he sees them as lesser beings instead of equals.

After having played a full game with it, I have to say I think it's a pretty good war mongering leader. It's like a combination of playing as China and Korea, as in a little bit of both. Very fun to play, would recommend :D

It's an excellent mod but the colours are really poorly thought out, being completely identical to some city states. and making visual clarity a lot harder in a warzone.

Quite tragically I can never seem to get the base crawler working, even when only using the bare minimum of mods. Its always stuck rotated into the ground.

@Kramer How long till the next civ? I really like your work. Your efforts always lead to civs that feel like they belong in the game to begin with!
