all you guys complaining that it´s not flyable.
it´s not meant to "fly". pitch up to about 45 degree then start pointing prograde at about 25km.
you need a bit more skill to fly this sucker.
i just tested it and got to Orbit just fine.
for those with the ppitch down problem.
deactivate the center engine when you are high. it seems its a bit high for the center of mass when a lot of fuel has been drained

It darts down as soon as I get close to the exosphere even if I use nuke engines

There's simply too much mass and not nearly enough thrust. It's not getting into space without cheats. And even when it's in space, it makes dump trucks seems like squirrels.

may i suggest adding more rcs thrusters?

earlier in the video: "You see, this ship has no mods, cheats or fuel hacks!"

later in the video: "Once all of this is completed we can disable the fuel hack!"
