Description
Adds slowly rotating rings that make the galaxy just a bit more sexy.
Works on any graphical settings.
Achievement-compatible, standalone.

I fixed a few of the biggest issues, so now the rings don't disappear or spin like crazy. I also removed kpsc measurements because they always annoyed me.
The rings do reset their position when you open the ship designer or enter a system, but I don't think there is any way to change that.

The solution to this allowed and inspired the Pinwheel Galaxy mod, and I recommend you try it as well.

While this mod workds great for "Immersive Galaxy - Astronomical Objects, Quadrant" it seems to overwrite "Immersive Galaxy - Astronomical Objects" (the one with floating neblua, star clusters and gas clouds on the galactic view)
Is it possible to have it not overwrite those?

The ability to have stars in the galactic core would be pretty cool, you could have inner core worlds inside the inner core ring. Unfortunately the mod that does that conflicts with a number of files in your mods, including some gfx ones.

Your fixed Quadrant conflicts with Immersive Galaxy - Astronomical Objects (vanilla). New objects doon't show up.

@Countzero I don't think I can add 3D objects as particles. Only textures in a billbard mode that would always face the camera. I'll let Dwaine work on that, I'm personally not interested in it.
