Metroliner Cab Cars

Description
Beginning in 1988, Amtrak converted many former Metroliner cars to "cab cars" for use in push-pull service across the Amtrak network. They are typically seen today on the Keystone service on the Northeast Corridor and Keystone Corridor, and the Shuttle between New Haven CT and Springfield MA.

Stats are identical to the default Metroliner, except the fact that it has no propulsion system. Painted to match Maik's Amfleet Set.

Commissioned by JPichardo. In unrelated news, apparently I'm accepting commissions now. Message me on Steam, Twitter (@donoteat1), or https://www.transportfever.net/ if y'all are interested and we can work something out.

Hello mate, any plans to release this in TPF2?

I was poking around the old TF1 sets, looking for cab cars...and realized this was a DoNotEat project. Keep up the good work with the WTYP podcast.

can there be a reversed version of the cars?

Could you set the "reversible" attribute to true for these cab-cars so that trains pulling them can drive backwards?

Any chance of make it compatible with the new patch reverse features?

Amazing work! One of my favorite mod packs. Would you consider making the cab cars also have a reversed version for push/pull operations in conjunction with Maik's F40PH, which AFAIK don't have a reversed model?

Lmfao, I take it he hasn't really studied the actual Metroliner much... Putting an engine in this cab car would be hilariously pointless. By the way, is there any way you could remake the cabcar with the improved amfleet models now availible?

yeah you'd go into the .mdl file and give it some horsies and a soundset, and you'd have a magic locomotive without traction motors, electrical equipment, fuel, a pantograph, engines, or anything that makes a locomotive go

variety, just replacing the standard metroliner engine with the cab car as the engine. But okay, perhaps you can tell me how to do it and I'll do it, is it a model thing or a coding thing? Maybe I can just replicate the metroliner files and use your cab car model instead.
