Warning: the work presented here is still in progress and some elements may change.

Hello everybody,

If like me, you really like TW:Atilla but you find the leaders of some factions don't look like real kings and looks like ordinary soldiers.

This mod is designed to change the appearance of all faction leaders of the game and all possible successors.

Factions available:

All of them

To do list:
  • Finish this mod.
  • Finish all the leaders and successors.
  • Remake the vanilla generals skins and armors for all factions.
  • Maybe add one skin for the leaders.
  • Remake the 2D pictures of generals and leaders. (I don't know yet how to do this but it's not my priority at the moment)

I make this mod during my free time and it will take a while before all factions are done.

The franks king has a bug where there is a glitched shield next to him on the battlefield and on the campaign map if you're attacking.

After several games, I noticed some small problems for better compatibility, I recommend this mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2053896997
just place my mod in front of this one in your load order.

I want to apply the same for my mod but it will wait for the future.

thank you for your message, I know I haven't communicated much about my mod for a while but no worries I'm still working on it, I had a hard drive problem that delayed me because my previous backup had not all the changes I made.

The past year allowed me to improve my modding skills, I'm planning an update for the Viking factions that will be a taste of what I'm going to do next for all the factions in grand campaign and (with time) the DLC leaders.

I also have another mod in progress which takes me time so I don't yet have a date to give.

What you have done looks great! Unfortunately, I can only see the re-skins on the campaign map. No change to the portraits in the campaign selection screen, the family tree and diplomacy portraits, or the summary tab portrait. I hope 2020 hasn't been too hard on you. Your re-skins are by far the best looking anyone has made and it would be a shame if it wasn't fully realized.
