For a first scenario, this was a blasted nuisance. I don't know whether I am just daft or if I was legitimately doing things slowly. I finally figured out why you have the coal and copper lined up the way you have them and did the money saving thing here. I wonder whether supplying employees from the west to the grain and/or sand was the intention, though I still supplied from the southern building and sent the western employee groups to actually produce the finished goods. Took some tries but finally got it.

Thanks @Fendarin. One of my earlier creations - pretty basic, but glad you liked it.

17:14 after revisiting, learned a lot... Thumb's up, for the map, and for Dudley ;)

"I'd rather be lucky than good" is my motto @BMB!

17:07 with 5 stars first attempt. Frankly, I think I got pretty lucky. :-)

Fun map!

Excellent, thank you! Doing it this way I managed the five stars in a few attempts :)

The trick is (I think) to load up the right hand side until you can afford another train then use one train on the left hand side whilst still loading up the RHS. Then, the moment you can afford a bridge connect it near the wheat, and start passing resources across - this then gives you the cash to make faster trains.

I have to admit that I've just done it again in 17.00 (dead), although I see my best time is around 16.35.

Could you give me another hint for this? I'm usually able to beat your levels in time after a few tries but here I'm not even getting close to 18mins, no matter what I try, so I guess there is a neat little trick to this? :)

I think this may have been one of my beginner (as a map developer) maps. But I take the point about it being slow at the start, yes. Thanks for the thanks @Sven
