This vehicle is a pure stock rover with fully a functional mining rig.
Hot Keys:
1) Toggles ladders
2) Toggles drill
3) Starts mining operations
4) Stops mining ops & retracts drill
-To liberate the droids, decouple the docing port on their base.

I may still update this version and remove the stuff that no longer works.

Yes I've uploaded it to Kerbal-X. The problem is that some of the stuff no longer works properly because of a "fix" in the latest update of the game.
