Description
Switches the uniqueness of Remove Avatar Project Progress and Gain Facility Lead covert actions.

More specifically:

Facility Lead is now repeatable, and can be spawned by multiple factions at a time.

Sabotage can now only be done once per faction, and only one copy of it can spawn at a time: you can't get lucky and get two different factions giving you shots at decreasing Avatar Project progress in a given month.

Hrm. I can see the reason behind this mod (it sorta feels OP the vanilla way), but with there being so much to do now, if Iw ere to use this mod I would probably also use the option to double the avatar project length. so, torn.

Well know fact that mods need screenshots, mods like this are a little harder to represent with a picture than a new gun.

The remove avatar project progress thing plus the perk which stops it in its tracks means you can fairly easily get their progress to 0!

I just finished another Legend/Ironman campaign. I don't like the avatar project pressure. I will rather try to rebalance the game by having harder fights end game than avatar pressure. IMO

Now that Facility Leads are multi-spawns you can end up with two or three per month. Since that's the case it almost obviates having to make contact with other regions at all (aside from the matter of resources). On Legendary, without significant modding to change things, I was well into the midgame with only one other region contacted and doing well, which doesn't seem like it should be the case.

I opened the mod in Modbuddy and set both Facility Lead and Sabotage covert actions to Unique without multiples and it seems like a better balance point now.

I've never understood why the AVATAR project was such a dud as a mechanic. So many "tough" choices are easy and obvious, and you get so many outs. Thanks for this, if I ever bother with WotC. :)
