Better Leader Fallbacks

Description
Changes leader fallback images of Peter the Great, Philip II and Teddy Roosevelt to their loading screen versions which are more neutral and possibly more dignified in expression.

Those images appear at the lowest quality graphic setting of leaders, which replaces animated models with static 2D portraits.

uh...the fallback/loading images for them are already neutral...
if any of them need the neutral positions,its Tomyris,Montezuma,and Alexander.

Great work! There needs to be more detail mods like this. How possible would it be to create a mod that brings back the strip of colour across each leader background that was removed with R&F?
