Description

Adds new faith-based pantheons. 7 for the base game alone and an 8th that requires Resourceful. You can use the mod whether you have Resourceful or not.

Ascent of the Faithful +1 faith per mountain tile adjacent to Holy Site
Divine Raiment +1 faith from plantations of cotton and silk and pearl boats
Ceremonies +1 faith from plantations of incense, wine, and dye
Sacred Groves +1 faith from unimproved ebony, sandalwood, and oak
God of the Nomads +1 faith for deer and fox camps and berry plantations
Lady of the Lake +1 faith for holy sites adjacent to a lake
Blessed Harvest +1 faith for wheat and rice farms
Herds of the Pious +2 faith for unimproved herd animal tiles (horses, oxen, sheep, cows)

The AIs do select these as their Pantheon.

We also recommend using Pantheon Balance Changes by Venatorae to balance the Earth Goddess pantheon. That mod also removes the Goddess of the Harvest pantheon for better balance with Rise and Fall.

I hope this fixes the bug where the ammount of pantheons run out, this means I can have 7 more civs in my game!

Thank you very much. I hope they fix the problem infixo was talking about but it definitely is too minor for me to pass up the mod.

Leap of faith time. Subscribing but there were two patches for GS, the June one and the Sept one. Your comment that it was GS compatible was from back in February. It is updated for Sept? Thank you adding more to the game.

Hi Infixo, unfortunately, the game does not distinguish between lake coast tiles and ocean coast, tiles, so there is no way for us to do so.

Hi juneheller, the berries, oxen, and trees were added by the Resourceful mod. If you do not use that mod, this mod will add 7 new faith-based pantheons to your game. If you do have Resourceful (or Resourceful 2), this mod will add 8 faith-based pantheons (the 8th needs Resourceful to show up in your game and will not show up if you do not have Resourceful).
