Description
This mods spawns a random item at the start of each run.

If you install the mod, the mod will spawn a random item from the Treasure Pool.

With the Mod Config Menu, you can customize which item pools are available and how many (max 3) items should spawn.

  • Secret Item Pool

⚠️ If the mod menu doesn't work and you had subscribed to this mod already before the update. Please delete the mod from the mods folder located in your binding of isaac folder. The folder should be Random Start Item with some numbers. Delete it, steam will reinstall it and it should work!

Exactly. With the ability to even use the extrem strong item pools is an insane help

@Noon probably not, I don't work on this often or at all. I probably leave it like it is. Maybe in the future idk.

It might just a slight bit unbalanced, but can you add an option to have the items appear on every single floor?

Can you set an option to select whether to start with only active or passive item? I don't know if this will be difficult to achieve
