Exactly. With the ability to even use the extrem strong item pools is an insane help

It might just a slight bit unbalanced, but can you add an option to have the items appear on every single floor?

Can you set an option to select whether to start with only active or passive item? I don't know if this will be difficult to achieve

It just stopped working after reinstall..game see the mod but reinstalling game/mod/mod folder doesn't help...sad :(

You find the mods folder inside your binding of isaac folder.inside it you will find a folder called like the mod, with some numbers (workshop id)

@dormortop do you have maybe the old version installed? I had the problem, when I updated the mod, that I had to remove the old folder from the mods folder. Really dumb, don't know why this is even a thing. But please give this a try!

Hey @Matz, I don't plan to update this mod anymore.
It was a joke when I uploaded it, it will always be. Im sorry, that this most causes trouble when playing in co-op :(

I don't know why this mod shouldn't be taken seriously. It is my favorite one. I am not great at the game and starting with an item is super helpful.

Eh owell it's fine and it works great with the free random item just the soul hearts and kind of strange but I like them.

This was more of a test how modding works in Isaac, and it's an addon that should't be taken seriously, as you can see on the picture.

I don't understand the picture and some times I start with like 6 soul hearts on a run but this is finebecause soul hearts this early are amzing but fixing it might be a good idea.
