(UI) Unit-icon Transparency Mod

Description
Adjusts the transparency (alpha-level) of the unit icon (flag) of units that are in sleep/fortify/alert/heal. The effect also applies to units that are out of moves.

The alpha-level in adjusted from 45% to 70%.This makes units easier to see on the map when they are in sleep/fortify/alert/heal, in order to prevent that they are overlooked on a turn when you want them to perform an action.

(I originally wanted to make a mod that outright stops units in sleep/fortify/alert/heal to have a transparent unit icon, but didn't manage to pull it off, so I dicided this might be the second best).

Is it possible to make a more aggresive version of this mod? Maybe even a complete toggle on/off? During wars a toggle would be amazing.

The color schemes they choose make it impossible to find units . I can't believe QA allowed it.
