Sprint tweaks

I wasn't happy with the default sprint tech's sprites, so I changed it into something a bit cooler (or sillier?).

Made this in like 5 minutes lol. I might expand this into something else once I find someone who's willing to make sprites for free (which are very rare nowadays), because I'm a poor individual :/

For now though, run like sanic.

In theory this mod should be client-side, but I can't test that because I have bad internet.

-Fixed a glitch where no sounds would play when activating sprint.
-Tweaked sprint speed to be 4 times faster than normal speed, but also consumes twice as much energy, this has to be done so the sprites doesn't look weird.
-Allowed for activation while in mid-air, because why not?
