Hi everyone,
This mod will let you recruit fully trained Agents & Generals (rank 25) from the very start of the game. This will apply to ALL your newly recruited characters. This is clearly a cheat mod ;-)

I think the maximum lvl is 40. If you have more lvl due to technologies or buildings, it will add them to the 25.

Once you pass the level (25) that your mod gives to the generals with technology and buildings, what level will the general you recruit have? As can be the case of green skins that with buildings and technology can reach more than level 25. Greetings :) :steamhappy:

can we get a mod that is about halfway between vanilla and this? I love this and the level 39 one but I would like something that is more of a nice bonus than overpowered, maybe make lords start on lvl 10 or 12?
