THIS MOD CONTAINS PROFANITIES, IMMATURE JOKES, AND DANK MEMES. PROCEED AT OWN RISK.

This mod translates the in-game text with different, possibly unfunny, and definitely uninformative text.

Changes include: Enemy names, battle popups, status effects, and loading screens.

Not all WotC content has been translated yet, we will work on adding the rest over time.

The mod only translates the game's text, with no changes to the code, and should thus be compatible with all other mods (the exception being other mods that also change the same text, in which case the translations from one mod will take precedence).

Can't believe there still are people who manually edit game files when the game supports modding, you know, a method that allows customizing the game

ou could try one of the following:
1. Edit our mods localization file Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\1125601165\Localization\XComGame.int, then make it read-only to prevent steam from overwriting it again.
2. Copy everything in the localization file and paste it at the bottom (or possibly top?) of the base game Steam\steamapps\common\XCOM 2\XCom2-WarOfTheChosen\XComGame\Localization\INT\XComGame.int, make any edits you wish and then disable the mod to prevent it from overwriting your edits. Might want to make that read-only too, or make a backup after editing, in case an update to the game removes your edits.

Can you point me in the direction of the files that alter the text? Just wanted to customize them myself in my own game but im having a difficult time locating which files do that.
