A 13 storey twin tower model is provided, the real world complex also has 21 and 13 storey variants which are also available on the workshop in order that a realistic area can be built up. You simply need to subscribe to the "Ploppable RICO" mod. It enables the manual placement of larger footprint buildings than the stanndard game and also enable you to give each building your own settings if you desire it. See the link in the required items to the right of this page. Once you have it subscribed then a RICO menu will appear in your game when you run it. Click on this icon to open the RICO panel, open the high density residential tab ( dark green) and you wil find the buildings avaialable for manual placement in this menu. Many of the larger footprint buildings on the workshop use this mod as it opens up so many more possiblities for city design.
