Five-survey four-porch residental house for 48 apartments (in the game for 16 families) with shops on first floor.
A five-porch version of this house with a different commerce.

The right wing of the "Koksohim's House" in Zaporozhye
(Soborny avenue 175[www.google.com]) was taken as the basis.
Architects of the original building I.Kozliner and L.Gershovich.
