Workshop doesn't copy from downloads into mod folder
Ive had this issue before, I'm not sure how I fixed it before
I tried all the stuff that comes up, like disabling cloud, unsubbing all, resubbing, nothing seems to work

yea same here. no idea why its never in the mod folder at all

Workshop downloads never go to game directories. They always go to a unique file location. For Rimworld its:

Steam\userdata\"bignumber"(this is your unique steam numerical ID)\294100

The mods will not be labeled by name but by their workshop ID number. If you want workshop mods you download to be somewhere else you have to take manual steps after subbing and downloading.
