Does this only happens with workshop maps?
Which operative system are you using?

Im using windows 10 pro and yes i reinstalled the game multiple times verified the gamefiles multiple times and reloaded the workshop maps multiple times nothing worked

Try disabling bakkesmod (if you're using it) or the specific plugins.
They could conflict with the game functionalities.

yeah same, some maps work some dont, and i see others using the map

same here, verified the integrity of the files, uninstalled the maps and reinstalled, disabled bmod, and uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and still having the same issue.

i fixed the issue by updating my bios and removing all the files from the rocket league folder also deleted the workshop map loader. i was using it on epic but now im on steam so...

Kinda weird that the bios update made a difference but not gonna complain

i have this issue aswell, is there any fix to it other then updating my bios?

Download Bakkesmod and then download the bakkesmod workshop loader and if you run it through that they will work.

i have the bakkesmod and everything but i dont have rocket league on steam. how do i download the maps on steam.

You should read what you wrote - forget on Steam if you have game only on Epic Games. As EG player you need Bakkesmod plugin for Workshop, read description there as well https://bakkesplugins.com/plugins/view/223 (mentioned above your comment too)
