it says command not found.

i dont know if thats supposed to fix workshop tools not starting up... but.. it still dosent...
i open workshop tools from csgocfg.exe file in the main cs2 folder...
from there the workshop tools load up... but it gives me the error that has been there for about 9 months now... the error that comes up when clicking inspect, preview or publish.
the error happens even on default examples.
