Can’t create skin thumbnail

Hello. I just created my first rust skin but it won’t show up in the thumbnail/preview. I uploaded photos but dont have an option to change the default background image of my thumbnail.
Spent over a hour on YouTube trying things with no luck.

I'm assuming you're using the RWIC thumbnail changer? If it's coming up blank after setting up your thumbnail in the editor, Chances are its too high of a file size. I believe the max anybody has tried and gotten to work is around 900mb.

I have not tried any thumbnail changers or other softwares. Just published direct from the rust workshop.
I took screen shots from rust workshop and was able to add them as examples but can’t use them to change the thumbnail.
