Mod that adds infinite research points
I know there's a mod that adds extra points per mission but that's not what I am after. Is there a mod that JUST adds infinite research. The other mods I tried all change everything which makes the AI go berserk and that's just horribly stupid and really just down right unfun and since trainers don't work anymore its impossible to use a trainer now for just research. Anyone know of a mod that just adds infinite research without touching anything else?

You can do this yourself.

First of all you will need 7zip or similar software.

Start a campaign, research one thing, save. No need to start it up.

Navigate to the game save folder, default My Games\Gates of Hell\Profiles\<your steamid number here>\campaign\

In this folder you will want to right click on the last saved file, copy and paste somewhere to make a backup of it. Then right click on it and select open with, find whichever program you use to open archives. Open the file. In the opened archive window, select the file named 'status'. Extract it somewhere. Don't close the opened archive window, you will need it later.

Open the file 'status' with a texteditor. Look for a line that starts with '{rp' followed by a number. Edit this number to 9999. Save the file.

Drag and drop the 'status' file into the opened archive window. If there is a question whether you like to update or change the archive, click yes or accept.

Open the game, load the campaign. You should now have 9999 research point.
