You can pull the workshop version of a published mod to the mod editor by first deleting the broken local version, then installing the workshop version using the "Published Mods" menu.
It's probably best to make a local copy of the mod before you delete it just in case something goes wrong. Mods are saved in your AppData folder under "AppData\LocalLow\Rebuilt Games\Pummel Party\WorkshopMods\<your mod name here>"
If the version published to the workshop is broken and you want to roll it back to a previously published version, you can do that using Steam.
Go to the workshop page for your mod and under the "Change Notes" tab, choose "Revert to this version" on the last working version of the mod. Then in the mod editor, you can follow the steps above and it will install the version now being used by the workshop.
Hope this helps!
