type this in the console, ingame "map map_name" put your map's name where it says map_name

Add more info_player_counterterrorist , and info_player_terrorist entities to ur map

and you might need to type sv_lan 0" and "heartbeat" in the in-game console, for them to be able to join

i have 5 spawn points for each team and typed the commends like you said and if i try to add a bot with bot_join it says the team is full
