heres a thought the more you hit enemies you fill up a stun meter when its full it unleashes a mini-crit attack that stuns the enemy for 3.4 or 5 seconds. the taunt should be the scout sating i wonder whats for dinner lol.

I think that the ringing constantly while moving, especially on the scout, is extreme overkill, and would lead to lots of really frustrated people. I also see it fitting better as a pyro item as was mentioned earlier. Great looking model though!

On movement: (rings constantly)
-25% damage penalty
+10% speed
If near spy, rings it loudly.
