Constance is not involved in any quest directly, but she is somehow involved in the events in the orphanage (Innosence Lost) and the Hearthfire adoptions. I don't know how the adoptions are already incorporated in vanilla Skyrim w/o DLCs, but some preparations may already have been made. In the same way you can already see castle Volkihar from the shore even when Dawnguard has not been installed or activated.

Okay.... What quests does Constance have?

The same way as any other NPC, but there is never a guarantee, because of Skyrim's Radiant AI System! As with other NPCs, you have to meet all objectives of an NPC, and sometimes a bit of persistance may help.

how can i get Constance to marry me?

I know of two mods where you can marry 11 or 50 NPCs. At least one is here on Steam, the other one should probably be on Nexus.

i would love the idea of being married to vex maybe even a story line where she changes her behavior.

there is a mod that will allow you to marry just about anyone. i would love to see a mod where i could have multiple wives.

You don't have to marry Vittoria, so you won't have to kill your wife! But if you are not married, she could break up with her future husband. If you want to be a DB member, don't try to marry her and just do your job. I don't think its breaking lore and game. You have the choice, but you don't have to take that choice!

the thing about vittoria vici, i think you should remove her because she's a dark brotherhood target, plus she getting married, and it kind of breaks the lore and game, plus you'd have to kill your own wife, causing game issues

Even when you are the guild master, there are quite some radiant quests that Vex will give you. Quite annoying! Even as guild master you are still some kind of errand boy to Vex (and some other guild members). I have no idea how long that takes.

when i become the theives guild master, the dialouge for vex still does not come up, any ideas how to fix?

I don't know! I haven't tested all 600+ males and females I've made marriageable. It's just for you to find out, but make sure you have a backup!!

Any mod should be compatible with another mod as long as that other mod doesn't change any objects from the first one. But ... why not advertise? Nobody here gets payed and if you really like the mod, then what's the problem? At the other hand: if I know what mod you're talking about, I can test its compatibility.

This mod doesn't need any DLC! But ... the women look a lot nicer with the mods from Caliente and Bella.

No, not with my mods. Jarls have a unique voice type and don't have the marriage conversation. I have tried but then all other conversations will be missing.

I know! But you don't have to join the DB and may even wipe them out. Vittoria will never marry and always stay engaged.

If you have become the guild master, Vex and some other will still treat you as errand boy and you have to perform all kinds of radiant quests.

Vex is a difficult one, because you will have to meet all objectives in the quests related to Vex, and there are quite a lot of quests (Thieves Guild, Radiant and Miscellaneous). Even though you have met all objectives, then there still is no guarantee that the marriage dialogue will appear. More details in "The Marriage Book".

The marriage dialouge doesn't come when I talk to Vex.

Not every character, but a lot more than in vanilla Skyrim. See "The Marriage Book" for all the NPCs and details.

Could be, but if you don't join the DB, she will always be preparing her wedding and the weddingscene in Solitude is never triggered.
