TV-8 can protect crew from flash of tactical nuclear explosion by closet-circuit television.
I don't know whether TV-8 can survive from nuclear blast or not. However maybe there is no such tank.

The uh, TV-8 was supposed to survive nuclear blasts, not be powered by them
