When this mod is active, the traditions screen always acts as if I have enough unity to purchase a tradition despite the fact that I do not (and can not purchase any traditions). This also means that once I do have enough unity to purchase a tradition, I won't be alerted, which is significantly annoying since by the time I remember about unity existing I've usually wasted a lot of time I could have had the benefits.

If you use alphamod this may be the problem since it alters

The planet preference for that species was Arid

In my game just now when I uplifted a species the planet reference they had was totally gone, is this intended?

This is the perfect combination for civics govt etc. I would remove the 7 trait picks and just stick to this area as its perfect.

For some reason I feel Ethics Rebuild gives too much stuff to play with maybe. Not a very clear focus? Less is more sometimes. I like having better, stronger and more weirder civics but not ethics i guess. It might actually help to have an interface mod that helps during empire creation because of the longer list of civics and the fact that the ethics and civics when displayed in the start menu pop up scroll bars to fit them in there.

So i'm trying ot use your mod with other mods and i don't seem to get the new ethics wheel from Ethics Rebuild.Tried looking there for incompatible mods but the only mention i found was multiple crisis mod.

Ah okay. Weird that mod of all things would be incompatible with this, but not the mods getting merged... Perhaps there should be more moddability of UI to allow it in future, I dunno.

@Trace Projectile You are probably using the 1080p UI mod. Sadly I don't know how to make a compatibility patch

@Maniacal I'll check the clinic bug today. Why don't you like Ethics Rebuild? You don't like the ethic changes or the civics?

For some reason this mod doesn't add any ethics for me, so I'm gonna go back to Ethics Rebuild.
It's a good mod idea though! I'll check at a later time.

Can you please create a version that doesn't have Ethics Rebuild? One of the mods in this list also changes clinics/hostpitals to be effectively useless. Also that change in skill cap is annoying, though I can live with it.

Upon reflection, since I use over 115 mods, the blame likley lies therein. In terms of governmnets and ethics, I use: Government Variety Pack, More AI Personalities, and a few customisation mods.

-Mthis, thanks, I had somehow managed to overlook the 1080p UI Overhaul when testing for which mod was conflicting with this one. Mostly because I had been using it with Ethics Rebuild just fine beforehand.

What kind of mods would be incompatibile with this? Whenever i try to load with this, only the vanilla ethics are in the empire creation menu, though I know they exist since the empires i already created with Ethics rebuild still have the added ethics. I tried checking the ones that I thought could be the culprit, but as someone who tends to use dozens of mods at once, checking each one would be irritatingly time-consuming.

To the ones that I managed to "first contact" yes. I know that a compatibility patch would've been nice, but I'm changing/balancing/adding stuff, so would've been impossible to make.

Did you ask the mod creators for permission to use their mods? Feels a bit disingenuous to just add them to your own mod without asking. A compatability patch would be one thing, but to just add the entire mod to yours feels off.
