ありがとうございます。原理はわかりませんでしたが犯罪発生率０が確認できたので、こちらをテンプレートに開発、更新をしていきます。

犯罪率0についてはどうやったのは不明ですが、犯罪率の上がらない駅アセットがあり、それをベースにすれば可能です。Mod Toolsで見るとm_crimebufferが上がらないのが確認できます。自分のモジュール駅はSingle platform train stationをベースに作成しました。
