Upgrades are separate. This means any business a player does with the manor before the mod, will not affect the additional uprades that come after the mod is installed.
Ashenfire  [author] Oct 2, 2016 @ 12:23am
This mod was specifically designed not to care about load order, resources, special 'warehouses'; DLC, SKSE or other menus.

This means you can not mess up unless you have other mods that conflict with the manor or have mods that drain resources that I use to make the manor. This manor is vanilla made so the liklihood that you did something wrong is minimal.

I must know if you have this problem if all other mods you have are deactivated, you have a save game before purchasing the manor, or at least have a savegame before you did upgrades that came from the mod. This helps with troubleshooting.

From what I understand, you have some of the upgrades provided by the mod (extra dagger displays top floor, different mage setup ground floor along
with two additional rooms where the forge is located, also ground level); and you can not get any of the basement items.

Using no clip I was able to see where the additional areas are but I am not given an option to buy the basement and have that wall removed that blocks your path down into it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and no change.
CornuetJUSN Oct 1, 2016 @ 8:01pm
Ive purchased everyupgrade before getting this mod. I dont have anymore options to buy anything else and seem to be missing the large display area with the cases and carpets. Not sure where I went wrong.

Thanks for the reply! I just downloaded the mod with NMM and it worked :D
Ashenfire  [author] Jun 18, 2016 @ 5:51am
No DLC required. It should work regardless of a player having purchased the house before the mod.
If you got dialogue from the palace, have NO OTHER manor mods, then you should see the door once you enter the house from the main level. You will also see a caretakers room with a smithy.
Issac1222 Jun 12, 2016 @ 6:35pm
Nothing changed for the manor. Do you need Hearthfire DLC or does it only work if you have not already purchased the house?
Ashenfire  [author] Oct 15, 2015 @ 11:13am
I'm sorry you forgot to save. Why did you uninstall, in the first place?
wryipadgy Oct 13, 2015 @ 3:30pm
hi, so i downloaded your mod and made the mistake of not backing up a save, and when i uninstalled it after already buying the armory, i now have a *missing wall* where entrance to the down stair part the armory used to be. help plz? it helps if i don't fall out of the world everytime i run in from the basement :]

I am trying to put together a 'decorators delight' mod. This would allow users to decorate any
of the main houses with 5 different styles. I have not worked out the details yet.

Hello , I'm trying to limit myself the free mods , so I am bypassing this revision . The reason I posted this is to let you know about a comment I made at 3am today , 1.13.15 . It is -DECORATORS WANTED !- . If this seems like a good idea , PLEASE LET YOUR MUSE FLY.

@nerdninja555: I added the location inside my description for you. It is the standard 'player's home' that goes with Solitude city.

Also, I added a picture to show the map.

adarsch99 Oct 22, 2014 @ 7:59am
ok thamks
Ashenfire  [author] Oct 21, 2014 @ 5:43am
make sure you have enough money for armory, it might have disappeared if you already purchased it. You will know, it is to the left once you enter the house from the front.
Ashenfire  [author] Oct 21, 2014 @ 5:41am
@adarsch99 what do you mean the armory was the same?
SergeantPasty Oct 19, 2014 @ 10:57pm
OOOO this is GOOOOD
adarsch99 Oct 18, 2014 @ 11:49am
and the armory was the same
adarsch99 Oct 18, 2014 @ 6:55am
falk had only a guest room option in the diaolgue. isn;t he soppoused to have an armory thing to?
Ashenfire  [author] May 26, 2014 @ 3:13am
The housecarl bedroom is the last screenshot. It was changed by adding a few accommodations. I would not dream of having my housecarl sleep on the floor.
Lelianna May 15, 2014 @ 5:55pm
so far i like the screen shots but i don't see any screenshots of the guest bedroom if so did you change the housecarls bedroom to not look like the original? meaning (no crappy standard homeless look) bedroll hay etc i will sub and probably edit/delte this post and repost my thoughts further but im skeptical im trying to find a good mod that works with hearthfire and dawnguard but also having my housecarl Live the same accomadations i do or my kids to heh any way im just giving you my thoughts for now going to take a look so far i like the look of it in screenies. - Lily

just giving my opinion
Ashenfire  [author] Aug 24, 2013 @ 5:36pm
Comments like "Its too fancy"; are not helpful, considering there are at least 3 versions of the proudspire manor and 2 of the versions have no 'fancy' decorations.
NostalgiaVivec Aug 24, 2013 @ 4:28am
bit to fancy
Ashenfire  [author] May 19, 2013 @ 10:40am
Keep in mind, I ADDED a basement and some racks to the manor. I did not nav mesh
the main floor. I only nav meshed the basement and the stairway.

Are you getting stuck between a wall and the table? I haven't gotten stuck so I need more info on any mod you use that uses non vanilla armor, clothing etc.

When you get stuck, does your npc lift off the floor? Does it clip (showing NPC through other objects)?
SammyG May 19, 2013 @ 10:18am
I'm actually having a minor problem with walking around the main floor near the table. I get stuck and can't go around the table. Its not a mjor issue, but I just happened to go that way and noticed it.

Thanks for the comment. Feel free to thumbs up and subscribe or use nexxus.
I believe that 'sleepy' came from imps more complex needs.
It knows if you ate, if you drank something, it knows what foods are available and will
make your magic or your strength deteriorate if you get too hungry. There is an optional
setting that you can starve to death. Got to love realism mods!
ubern00b May 18, 2013 @ 12:40pm
Nice mod!
By the way, what mod are you using that notifies you of being sleepy?
Ashenfire  [author] Apr 10, 2013 @ 6:36am
They say they fixed the key issue at Proudspiremanor. Well, I tested it and no success. I will fix it then.
Ashenfire  [author] Apr 2, 2013 @ 7:19pm
1.2C upgrade. Includes the housecarl bedroom as well.
Ashenfire  [author] Mar 31, 2013 @ 6:53pm
Patch fixed the key not working once going outside upper porch
Ashenfire  [author] Jan 31, 2013 @ 11:21pm
Heya, the key issue was from the original mod. I had the same issue before I started modding.

I believe in consistency in the mod as well. The Housecarl needs a place to sleep and thank you for reminding me. I had asked for permission to take this mod over from someone else and I totally forgot to take care of it. I will see what I can do about fixing that.
roninbernie Dec 27, 2012 @ 6:41am
Hi. I've just tried this mod out. One issue that's a problem is the patio door. It won't accept you have a key after you go outside. I have to go down to the other two doors to get back in. Also, where is the housecarl supposed to sleep now that her room is turned into a smithing room? Otherwise, the design is totally pimp!
Ashenfire  [author] Sep 17, 2012 @ 11:00am
As with any mod, save your game before subscribing.

That being said, I don't believe you will loae any items. Mostly I added furniture and a
basement.
Potoooooooo Sep 17, 2012 @ 6:29am
I have pretty much everything I own in proudspire manor at the moment, is there any risk of it disappearing when downloading this mod? With a lot of work put into my item collections, I just need to be sure :P

Thank you :)

Nexus link is now in the description area.
AllieCat54 [gD] Sep 16, 2012 @ 9:21pm
Could you supply the nexus link please. I like Proudspire so I will be giving this a go. Thanks :)
