Awesome that there is a mod for this, but can you add dawnbreaker and any other artifacts that won't upgrade fully to this?

why not just make a perk that lets you improve Deadric Artifacts better?

This doesn't let you craft the M.R. - it lets you get the perked improvement when you temper it. So normally you can only improve it to Exquisite, but with this and Daedric smithing you can now get it to Legendary.
