I can't give any guarantees if really everything will work fine...
a) have I a lot of stuff to do outside of modding
b) have I currently other modding projects with higher priority
the main reason why I've stopped modding stellaris is the patching/DLC policy. It's nearly Early Acess, so many changes, so many reworked mechanics. With every patch, I have to check & compare all modded files to be sure everything is compatible. Other mods, like V-Mods Species, have to be completly redone with every big patch/DLC.
I like modding, it's my big hobby, but I don't like to have a developer messing up my work because they are not able to design working gameplay (e.g. tiles, FTLs..). And this si the case especially at Stellaris.
1. Go to the workshop dir (e.g. C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\959855256)
2. open benjaseth_name.zip
3. delete: events, gfx, interface, localisation
4. open benjaseth_name.zip/common dir
5. delete (ONLY) on_actions
done
You may have to repeat 1.-5. when de/resubscribe.
Maybe I will do it next week or weekend, but don't take this as a promise ;)
I'm finished with Stellaris for now, but will try to keep my mods still updated.
Not sure about, but I guess subscribe & desubscribe many mods at the same time can causes instability. Maybe that was the issue.
Nice to hear it works now!
I think then it's a problem with the System Inits, maybe some old scripts. Try to find a mod which contains a file in 'Stellaris/common/solar_system_initializers' and try to play without this.
But could be also a bugged event, so possibily any more complex mod in the workshop.
Should be ready and compatible to 2.1.1
About the version, this mod is updated & tested for 2.0.1.
I'm pretty sure it also works with 2.0.0 and 2.0.2_beta. Update to 2.0.2 comes after full relase of 2.0.2
Also, is this 2.0 ready yet?
have 1st to do some small things on my HoI project, but neverthless I think there will be soon a first patch. Will wait around 1 week before updateing.
